Shipping & Returns
Delivery times and costs to Europe and outside Europe
Each manufacturer applies its own delivery policy which will be specified on each product. For some manufacturers, delivery worldwide is free for a minimum value of 50 €. In other cases, standard delivery charges are shown with the product. The delivery time takes between 5 and 8 working days. You can also select the express delivery method which will be delivered between 1 and 2 working days.
Exchanges and returns:
You have up to 30 days to return your product. If you ordered an item under € 50 and paid a delivery charge, then you will be refunded if the returned order is complete. Not to mention that the manufacturer will only accept your returned order if the item in question is in perfect condition and has not been used.
How to exchange or return your order:
- Claim a return / exchange in the "my account" section of our site. If for some reason you are not registered on our website, check your emails to make sure your order has been shipped. Inside this email you will find a link where you can request a return / exchange;
- Once your request has been validated, you must stick the return label on the outside of the box and then pack it carefully (you will find the return label inside the box).
- If, however, you cannot find the return label inside the box, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can put you in touch with the manufacturer.
- Then you just need to follow the return instructions.
Note: It may take up to 7 business days for your package to arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you by email.
