Shipping Policy


Our standard delivery is free of charge worldwide, as long as the purchase amount meets a minimum value of €250. Otherwise, shipping costs €9.90.

» Standard delivery. Order delivered between 5 to 8 business days after shipping.
» Express delivery (€14.90). Order delivered 2 to 3 business days after shipping.

Etikway shall not be held liable for any delay of the shipping company. The order will be shipped up to 2 business days after purchase (the preparation time of your order by our team).
The orders that are returned to etikway due to unclaimed situations, will be charged for all the shipping costs involved.  These costs will be deducted from the refund value.


Returns & Exchanges


You can exchange or return an item for free, up to 30 days after the date you received the product. Please use the Return Label we sent with your order.
The returned item must be in good condition and with no sign of use so that we can proceed to exchange it or refund its full purchase price.

Customs Duties


Orders may be subject to taxes and customs charges in the destination countries that require them. These costs and related formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. They must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Brexit Disclaimer: New UK Customs Control Policies
As of January 1st 2021, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance of each order that enters the UK. Your order may be subject to UK customs duties and other policies, for which etikway is not responsible. According to the UK government, no import duties will be applied on orders under £250.
