Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery is free worldwide, as long as the purchase price is a minimum of €150. Otherwise, shipping costs €4.90.

» Standard shipping. Order delivered within 5 to 8 business days after shipping.
» Express shipping (€4.90). Order delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

etikway is not responsible for delays by the logistics company. The order will be dispatched within 2 working days after purchase, which is the time for our team to prepare your order.

Unclaimed orders returned to etikway will be charged for all shipping costs involved. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges & Returns

You can make a free exchange or return, up to 30 days after the date you received the product. Please use the Returns Guide that we send with your order.
The returned item must be in good condition and without signs of use so that we can exchange it or refund the product in full.

etikway is not responsible for delays by the shipping company or customs fees charged in the destination country. The order will be dispatched within 2 working days after purchase, which is the time for our team to prepare your order.

Customs fees

Orders may be subject to taxes and customs charges in the destination countries that request them. These costs and the respective formalities are the sole responsibility of the client/recipient. They must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

From 1 January 2021, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance for each order entering the UK. Your order may be subject to UK customs duties and other policies, for which etikway is not responsible. According to the British government, no import duties will be applied to orders worth less than £150.

If possible, use the same box to return the item. Try to protect it so that it cannot be damaged and can be reused. Our team tries to apply the 3 R's of Sustainability whenever possible. Join us in this challenge.

2. Contact the carrier responsible for shipping your order and follow their instructions. You can deliver the item to a local counter or schedule collection at your address.

3. As soon as we receive the returned item at our warehouse in Cascais, we will send you a new one (if you have requested an exchange) or refund the purchase price in full (if you have requested a return).
